The Snehitha Gender Help Desk of Pathanamthitta launched 'Veetil Oru Doctor' Programme. It is an innovative programme framed and launched by Kudumbashree Pathanamthitta District Mission in collaboration with Medical Department to provide awareness on First Aid. Two members from vigilant groups of each ward in the district would be given training and they would train one member from each neighborhood group. As part of the programme, 1840 members i.e.,2 members each from 920 wards and 1,57,475 members from 947 NHGs would be given training in the first phase.

The programme aims at having at least one member at each NHG who is aware of First Aid. In the second phase, the programme would b extended to each family in every NHGs. The inaugural meeting of the programme was held at Chaathangari Community Health Centre. Dr.Mammen Cheriyan delivered a class on first aid and demonstrate first aid techniques to the members. As it is aimed to extend the programme district wide and to ensure this as an initial step, 2 CDSs viz., Nedumbrom and Peringara were selected and the vigilant group leaders from each ward attended the meeting and learned how to give first aid to people.

ജനമൈത്രി പോലീസ് സ്‌റ്റേഷനില്‍ കുടുംബശ്രീ കമ്മ്യൂണിറ്റി കൗണ്‍സിലിങ് സെന്ററുകള്‍

For the first time in Kerala, counseling centers were started at the police stations across the district by Kudumbashree Pathanamthitta district Mission. A large number of cases can be solved through counselling or mediation which comes to police stations every day. Till now, a total of 161 cases have been reported to the police station counseling centers including 66 domestic violence cases, 18 cases on atrocities against children, 41 counseling cases, 24 family problem related issues, and 12 cases from various other categories. 20 cases have been referred to Snehitha, 2 to health department and 2 to Kerala State Legal Services Authority (KELSA) directly from these centers.

The problems can be solved properly only after giving them an opportunity to ventilate, which may take so much of time. But mostly the policemen may not be able to give their time and attention for so long. Thus, what ultimately happens is that, they just calls them, threatens them and sends them back. But this does not solve the problem completely or permanently. The Kudumbashree counselling centres at Police Station were able to solve this problem by giving them an opportunity to ventilate freely without any barrier. People who comes to the station with domestic issues are directed to the counseling centre. There are couples may with adaptive problems, financial issues, sexual problems and domestic violence.

This centre also provide common platform to women to address their problem, protect their rights, solve their grievances and provide necessary guidance. This counseling centre at police station works for reconciliation between the couple to convenience them of leading the life instead of breaking up. People can approach the centre for the reconciliation to avoid divorce .There are some cases related to children are leaving home to love failure, cases related to misuse of internet and mobile phones etc. In the case of such teenagers we provide counseling to the entire family and also give awareness to the good parenting. The starting of these centers was a matter of great relief for the police men as well as the clients. These counseling centers will be opened on 2 days a week and the community counselor in charge of respective CDS, and a staff from Snehitha Gender Help Desk will be present there on these days.

The first of its kind of a centre was set up at Adoor Police Station on 17 November 2017. The same was inaugurated by Shri. Jose R, DYSP, Adoor, Following this, counseling centers were started at Pandalam and Aranmula police stations was well. The Counseling Centre at Pandalam Police Station was inaugurated by Shri. Jose, DYSP on 7 December 2017 and the counseling centre at Aranmula police station was inaugurated by the Hon. Smt. Veena George, MLA, Aranmula. More police stations are welcoming this kind of Snehitha Community Counselling centers in their police stations.

വീട്ടിലൊരു കുടുംബശ്രീ ഉത്പന്നം ക്യാമ്പെയ്ന്‍ വിജയകരം

Marking the 21st anniversary of Kudumbashree Mission, Kudumbashree Thiruvananthapuram District Mission organised 'Veetiloru Kudumbashree Ulppannam' Campaign (A Kudumbashree Product in every household) on 17 May 2019 to the entire households in the district. All Kudumbashree members in the district became part of the campaign. Products from over 1600 Kudumbashree micro enterprises in the district as well as the products of Kudumbashree Joint Liability Groups (JLG) including variety of pickles and organic vegetables, and all sorts of household products were distributed to the customers. An amount of Rs 83.81 lakhs was recorded as the total turnover of the campaign. A total of 3,65,312 houses in the district were covered as part of the campaign.

Shri. V.S Achuthananthan, Shri. G. Sudhakaran, Minister for Public Works Department and Registration, Government of Kerala, Shri. Kadakampally Surendran, Minister for Co-operation, Tourism and Devaswom, Government of Kerala, Shri. T.K. Jose IAS, Additional Chief Secretary, Local Self Government Department, Government of Kerala, Shri. S. Harikishore IAS, Executive Director, Kudumbashree Mission, Shri. V K Prasanth, Mayor, Thiruvananthapuram Corporation, Shri. V K Madhu, President, District Panchayath and other representatives of the local self-government bodies in the district and other prominent political and cultural organizations became part of the campaign.

The campaign helped in promoting the products of Kudumbashree micro enterprises. Quality products were distributed among the rural, urban areas and tribal areas with the co-ordination of CDS. The programme was launched a month before and posters and boards were placed in different places to gather more publicity. Meetings were assembled for each micro enterprise units under the CDS and the progress was evaluated. Kudumbashree members under each CDSs distributed the products to the households. The Campaign was organised in Parassala, Perumkadavila, Athiyannoor, Nemom, Pothencode, Vellanad, Nedumangadu, Vamanapuram, Kilimanoor, Chirayankeezhu, Varkala, Nedumangad, Attingal ULB, Varkala, Neyyatinkara ULB and Corporation blocks in the district.

Nakshathra Ladies Homestay, enterprise promoted by NULM is opened at Tirur Municipality. The unit provide home stay services for women and has sufficient facilities to provide accommodation for 12 customers at a time. Smt. Vijeesha K.P is the entrepreneur who started the home stay who have had previous experience in the same field. The unit is functioning on the first floor of a rented home at Police Lane, Tirur. The need of rented homes and lodges of women for long and short term stay became the motive behind the formation of the unit. As many women from places outside Malappuram district are working and studying in various institutions, offices, and govt offices in and around Tirur. As per the present status, more of them are unnecessarily spend a huge amount for residence and food.

Based on the market potential, Nakshathra Ladies Homestay envisages an attractive package for working women and travelling women. Nakshathra Ladies Homestay provides better and secure stay home with homely food in reasonable service charges. The services provided by Nakshathra Ladies Homestay include short stay home services, regular stay home services, homely food and taxi services. Nakshathra Ladies Homestay is a unique women initiative of NULM in Tirur Municipality. Providing better and competitive hospitality management services for travelers and working women is the main objective of the business.

Rs 2 lakhs is the total project cost out of which Rs 10000 is the contribution of the beneficiary. Rs 1,90,000 was availed from UCO Bank, Tirur as bank loan. The enterprise is set up with the help of the centrally designed programme National Urban Livelihoods Mission (NULM). Kudumbashree Mission is the nodal agency for implementing NULM in Kerala.

രാമോജി ഫിലിം സിറ്റി ഫണ്ട് ഉപയോഗിച്ച് വീടുകള്‍- കുടുംബശ്രീ വനിതാ നിര്‍മ്മാണ സംഘങ്ങള്‍ 42 വീടുകളുടെ നിര്‍മ്മാണം പൂര്‍ത്തിയാക്കി

The construction of the houses using Ramoji Fim City's CSR Fund is progressing in Alappuzha District. Construction of 42 houses out of the 116 houses have been completed in the first phase. The houses are built in Ambalappuzha, Aryad, Bharanikkavu, Chambakkulam, Haripad, Kanjikuzhi, Mavelikkara, Muthukulam, Pattanakkad, Chengannur, Thaikkattusserry and Veliyanad blocks of Alappuzha district. Nirmashree', a labour contracting society, formed by Kudumbashree Mission joining 55 Kudumbashree women construction groups which has more than 250 members is undertaking the construction of the 116 houses being built in the district.

Kudumbashree had received Ramoji Film City's CSR fund for constructing 116 houses in Alappuzha. Ramoji film city, the world’s largest integrated film city and India's only thematic holiday destination had offered Rs 7 crores for building houses for the people in the flood hit areas of Alappuzha. It is as per the request of Shri. Pinarayi Vijayan, Chief Minister, Government of Kerala that Ramoji Film City came forward with the CSR fund for constructing the houses in Alappuzha. As per the agreement, a total of 116 houses are being constructed in the district. Construction of each house would cost around Rs 6 lakhs. The agreement regarding the same was signed at the function held at Camelot Convention Centre, Pathirappally, Alappuzha on 1 March 2019 in the presence of Shri. A.C Moideen, Minister for Local Self Governments, Government of Kerala and Dr T.M Thomas Issac, Minister of Finance and Coir, Government of Kerala. Shri. Krishna Teja IAS, Sub Collector, Alappuzha is in charge of monitoring the status of the construction of the houses.

കുടുംബശ്രീ മിഷന്റെ കീഴിൽ പ്രവർത്തിക്കുന്ന ബാലസഭ കുട്ടികൾക്കായി കൈനകരി പഞ്ചായത്തിന്റെയും സി ഡി എസിന്റെയും നേതൃത്വത്തിൽ രണ്ടാമത് വള്ളംകളി മത്സരം സംഘടിപ്പിച്ചു.കൈനകരി പുത്തൻതോട്ടിൽ രാവിലെ പത്ത് മണി മുതലായിരുന്നു മത്സരം.കുടുംബശ്രീ എ ഡി എം സി കെ.ബി അജയകുമാർ പരിപാടി ഉദ്ഘാടനം ചെയ്തു. ഭാവി വാഗ്ദാനങ്ങളായ കുട്ടികളുടെ സർഗ്ഗവാസനകളെ പ്രോത്സാഹിപ്പിക്കുന്നതിനും അവരെ കായികമായും മാനസികമായും പ്രാപതരാകുന്നതിനും വേണ്ടിയാണ് ഇത്തരത്തിൽ വള്ളംകളി മത്സരം സംഘിപ്പിക്കുന്നതെന്ന് സംഘാടകർ അഭിപ്രായപ്പെട്ടു.

തിരുവനന്തപുരം: സംസ്ഥാനത്ത് ഭാരത് പെട്രോളിയം കോര്‍പ്പറേഷന്‍ ലിമിറ്റഡിന്‍റെ (ബി.പി.സി.എല്‍)കീഴിലുള്ള പെട്രോള്‍ പമ്പുകളില്‍ ആരംഭിക്കുന്ന വഴിയോര സേവന കേന്ദ്രങ്ങളുടെ നടത്തിപ്പിന് കുടുംബശ്രീ വനിതകള്‍ക്ക് അവസരമൊരുങ്ങുന്നു. പമ്പുകളിലെത്തുന്ന യാത്രക്കാര്‍ക്ക് മെച്ചപ്പെട്ട സേവനങ്ങള്‍ നല്‍കുന്നതിന്‍റെ ഭാഗമായാണിത്. ഇതിന്‍റെ ഭാഗമായി കുടുംബശ്രീ വനിതകള്‍ മുഖേന മെച്ചപ്പെട്ട രീതിയിലുള്ള ശുചിമുറി നടത്തിപ്പിനുള്ള സൗകര്യമൊരുക്കും. കൂടാതെ പമ്പുകളോട് ചേര്‍ന്ന് ചായ, കാപ്പി എന്നീ പാനീയങ്ങളും ലഘുഭക്ഷണങ്ങള്‍, മാസിക, പത്രം, മൊബൈല്‍ റീചാര്‍ജിംഗ് എന്നിവയടക്കമുള്ള സേവനങ്ങള്‍ ലഭ്യമാകുന്ന ഷോപ്പും നടത്തും. കുടുംബശ്രീ എക്സിക്യൂട്ടീവ് ഡയറക്ടര്‍ എസ്. ഹരികിഷോര്‍ ബി.പി.സി.എല്‍ ടെറിട്ടറി മാനേജര്‍ ഹരികിഷന്‍. വി.ആര്‍ എന്നിവര്‍ ഇതു സംബന്ധിച്ച ധാരണാപത്രം ഒപ്പുവച്ചു.

മെച്ചപ്പെട്ട രീതിയിലുള്ള ശുചിമുറി നടത്തിപ്പും അതോടൊപ്പം പെട്രോള്‍ പമ്പുകളിലെത്തുന്ന യാത്രകള്‍ക്ക് മിതമായ നിരക്കില്‍ പാനീയങ്ങളും ലഘുഭക്ഷണവും ലഭ്യമാക്കുകയും ചെയ്യുന്നതിലൂടെ കുടുംബശ്രീ വനിതകള്‍ക്ക് മാന്യമായ ഉപജീവനമാര്‍ഗം ഒരുക്കുക എന്നതാണ് കുടുംബശ്രീ ലക്ഷ്യമിടുന്നത്. നിലവില്‍ തിരുവനന്തപുരം ജില്ലയിലെ ആറളംമൂട്, തോന്നയ്ക്കല്‍, ആലപ്പുഴ ജില്ലയില്‍ കായംകുളം എന്നിങ്ങനെ മൂന്നിടങ്ങളിലാണ് ഇപ്പോള്‍ ബി.പി.സി.എല്‍ പമ്പുകളോട് ചേര്‍ന്ന് വഴിയോര സേവന കേന്ദ്രങ്ങള്‍ തുടങ്ങുന്നത്. കുടുംബശ്രീ സൂക്ഷ്മസംരംഭ മാതൃകയിലായിരിക്കും ഇവയുടെ പ്രവര്‍ത്തനം. ഓരോ യൂണിറ്റിലും നാല് സ്ത്രീകള്‍ വീതം ഉണ്ടാകും. നിലവില്‍ 12 പേരെയാണ് ഈ പമ്പുകളില്‍ ശുചിമുറി നടത്തിപ്പിനായി തിരഞ്ഞെടുത്തിട്ടുള്ളത്. കുടുംബശ്രീയുടെ നേതൃത്വത്തില്‍ ഇവര്‍ക്കു വിദഗ്ധ പരിശീലനം നല്‍കിയ ശേഷമായിരിക്കും പമ്പുകളില്‍ നിയമിക്കുക.

നിലവില്‍ ഇന്ത്യന്‍ ഓയില്‍ കോര്‍പ്പറേഷന്‍റെ കീഴില്‍ എല്ലാ ജില്ലകളിലുമായി 63 പമ്പുകളില്‍ കുടുംബശ്രീ വനിതകളുടെ നേതൃത്വത്തില്‍ ശുചിമുറി നടത്തിപ്പ് ഏറ്റെടുത്തു ചെയ്യുന്നുണ്ട്. ഇതോടൊപ്പം വിവിധ മേഖലകളില്‍ ഹൗസ്കീപ്പിംഗ്, റെയില്‍വേ പാര്‍ക്കിംഗ്, റെയില്‍വേ സ്റ്റേഷനുകളിലെ എ.സി. വെയിറ്റിംഗ് റൂം മാനേജ്മെന്‍റ് എന്നീ മേഖലകളിലും കുടുംബശ്രീ വനിതകള്‍ പുലര്‍ത്തുന്ന മികവു കൂടി പരിഗണിച്ചാണ് ഇപ്പോള്‍ ബി.പി.സി.എല്ലിനു കീഴിലെ പെട്രോള്‍ പമ്പുകളില്‍ വഴിയോര സേവന കേന്ദ്രങ്ങളുടെ നടത്തിപ്പിന് അവസരം ലഭിച്ചത്. പരിപാടിയില്‍ ബി.പി.സി.എല്‍ സ്റ്റേറ്റ് ഹെഡ് വെങ്കിട്ടരാമന്‍ അയ്യര്‍, ടെറിട്ടറി മാനേജര്‍ മനോജ് കണ്ണാരില്‍, കുടുംബശ്രീ പ്രോഗ്രാം ഓഫീസര്‍ നിരഞ്ജന എന്‍.എസ്, സ്റ്റേറ്റ് അസിസ്റ്റന്‍റ് പ്രോഗ്രാം മാനേജര്‍ രേണു ജോര്‍ജി, സജിത്, സൈവീര്‍ റെഡ്ഡി എന്നിവര്‍ പങ്കെടുത്തു.

കൊച്ചി മുസരിസ് ബിനാലെയില്‍ രുചിയേറും ഭക്ഷ്യ വിഭവങ്ങള്‍ കലാസ്വാദകര്‍ക്ക് വിളമ്പി കഫേ കുടുംബശ്രീ സ്റ്റാള്‍ പ്രവര്‍ത്തനം ആരംഭിച്ചു. ബിനാലെ അധികൃതരും കുടുംബശ്രീയും തമ്മില്‍ ഒപ്പുവച്ച ധാരണാപത്രം അനുസരിച്ച് പ്രധാനവേദിയായ കബ്രാള്‍ യാര്‍ഡിലാണ് കഫേ കുടുംബശ്രീ പ്രവര്‍ത്തിക്കുന്നത്. ചായ, കാപ്പി, ചെറുകടികള്‍ എന്നിവ ലഭിക്കുന്ന ഒരു സ്റ്റാളും ഉച്ചഭക്ഷണവും ജ്യൂസും മറ്റും ലഭിക്കുന്ന മറ്റൊരു സ്റ്റാളും അങ്ങനെ കഫേ കുടുംബശ്രീയുടേതായി രണ്ട് സ്റ്റാളുകളാണ് പ്രധാനവേദിയിലുള്ളത്. എല്ലാ ദിവസവും രാവിലെ പത്ത് മണി മുതലാണ് കഫേ കുടുംബശ്രീ പ്രവര്‍ത്തനം ആരംഭിക്കുന്നത്.

എല്ലാ 20 ദിവസങ്ങളും സ്റ്റാളിലെ സംഘാംഗങ്ങള്‍ മാറും. ഒരേ സമയം 12 മുതല്‍ 15 കുടുംബശ്രീ പ്രവര്‍ത്തകരാണ് സ്റ്റാളിലുണ്ടാകുന്നത്. മാര്‍ച്ച് 29ന് ബിനാലെ അവസാനിക്കുമ്പോഴേക്കും കേരളത്തിലെ എല്ലാ ജില്ലകളില്‍ നിന്നുള്ള കുടുംബശ്രീ പ്രവര്‍ത്തകരും ബിനാലെ സ്റ്റാളുകളില്‍ പങ്കെടുക്കും. വരയുടെ പെണ്മ എന്ന പേരില്‍ കുടുംബശ്രീ അംഗങ്ങളായ വനിതകളെ പങ്കെടുപ്പിച്ച് കഴിഞ്ഞ ബിനാലെയില്‍ കലാപരിശീലന കളരി കൊച്ചി ബിനാലെ ഫൗണ്ടേഷന്‍ സംഘടിപ്പിച്ചിരുന്നു. പിന്നീട് പത്ത് ദിവസം നീണ്ടുനിന്ന റസിഡന്‍ഷ്യല്‍ പരിശീലനവും നല്‍കിയിരുന്നു.

ഇന്‍സ്റ്റലേഷനുകളായി സ്ഥാപിച്ചിരിക്കുന്ന കഫേ കുടുംബശ്രീ സ്റ്റാളുകളില്‍ ഡയബറ്റിക് ബെറി, ബീറ്റ് ബെറി, കൂള്‍ ബെറി തുടങ്ങിയ വൈവിധ്യമാര്‍ന്ന ജ്യൂസുകള്‍ ലഭിക്കം. അമില്‍ ഷേക്ക്, മില്‍ക്ക് സര്‍ബത്ത് എന്നിവയുമുണ്ട്. മീന്‍കറി കൂട്ടിയുള്ള ഉച്ചയൂണിന് 50 രൂപ മാത്രമാണ് ഈടാക്കുന്നത്. നെയ്‌ച്ചോറും ചിക്കന്‍ കറിയും 120 രൂപയ്ക്കും ലഭിക്കും.

തിരുവനന്തപുരം: റബര്‍ ടാപ്പിംഗ് മേഖലയിലെ തൊഴിലവസരങ്ങള്‍ പരമാവധി പ്രയോജനപ്പെടുത്താന്‍ കൂടുതല്‍ കുടുംബശ്രീ വനിതകള്‍ ഈ രംഗത്തേക്ക്. നിലവിലെ തൊഴില്‍ സംരംഭങ്ങളില്‍ നിന്നും പുതിയൊരു വരുമാനദായക തൊഴില്‍മേഖല കണ്ടെത്തുന്നതിനോടൊപ്പം പ്രകൃതിദത്ത റബറിന്‍റെ ഉല്‍പാദനം വര്‍ധിപ്പിക്കുകയാണ് പദ്ധതി വഴി കുടുംബശ്രീ ലക്ഷ്യമിടുന്നത്. ഈ മേഖലയില്‍ വൈദഗ്ധ്യമുളള തൊഴിലാളികളുടെ ക്ഷാമം പരിഹരിക്കുക എന്നതും പദ്ധതിയുടെ ലക്ഷ്യമാണ്. ഇതിന്‍റെ ഭാഗമായി ഈ രംഗത്ത് നിലവിലുള്ള പതിനേഴ് ഹരിത തൊഴില്‍ കര്‍മസേനകള്‍ക്കു പുറമേ 210 വനിതകള്‍ക്കു കൂടി വിദഗ്ധ പരിശീലനം നല്‍കി പതിനാല് പുതിയ ഹരിത തൊഴില്‍ കര്‍മസേനകള്‍ രൂപീകരിക്കുന്നതിനുളള നടപടികള്‍ ഊര്‍ജിതമാക്കി.

കഴിഞ്ഞ സാമ്പത്തിക വര്‍ഷം വിവിധ ജില്ലകളില്‍ നിന്നും തിരഞ്ഞെടുത്ത 255 അയല്‍ക്കൂട്ട വനിതകള്‍ക്ക് കുടുംബശ്രീയും റബര്‍ ബോര്‍ഡും സംയുക്തമായി റബര്‍ ടാപ്പിങ്ങില്‍ പരിശീലനം നല്‍കി പതിനേഴ് ഹരിത തൊഴില്‍ കര്‍മസേന രൂപീകരിച്ചിരുന്നു. ഇവര്‍ക്ക് യൂണിഫോം, തിരിച്ചറിയല്‍ കാര്‍ഡ്, ടാപ്പിങ്ങിനാവശ്യമായ ഉപകരണങ്ങള്‍ എന്നിവയും നല്‍കി. ഇപ്രകാരം പരിശീലനം പൂര്‍ത്തിയാക്കിയ എല്ലാവര്‍ക്കും റബര്‍ ബോര്‍ഡിന്‍റെ തന്നെ പ്ളാന്‍റേഷനില്‍ തൊഴില്‍ ലഭ്യത ഉറപ്പു വരുത്തിയിട്ടുണ്ട്. റബര്‍ ബോര്‍ഡ് നിര്‍ദേശിക്കുന്ന പ്ളാന്‍റേഷന്‍ ദൂരെയുള്ള സ്ഥലങ്ങളിലാണെങ്കില്‍ അവിടെ പോയി തൊഴില്‍ ചെയ്യാന്‍ സാധിക്കാത്ത അംഗങ്ങള്‍ക്ക് സമീപ പ്രദേശങ്ങളില്‍ റബര്‍ ടാപ്പിങ്ങിനുള്ള സാധ്യതകള്‍ കണ്ടെത്തി വരുമാനം കണ്ടെത്താനും അവസരമുണ്ട്.

നിലവില്‍ ഹരിത തൊഴില്‍ കര്‍മസേനയിലെ പല അംഗങ്ങളും സമീപ പ്രദേശങ്ങളിലെ റബര്‍ ടാപ്പിങ്ങ് ചെയ്യുന്നതു വഴി പ്രതിമാസം ആറായിരത്തിലേറെ രൂപ വരുമാനം നേടുന്നുണ്ട്. തൊഴിലുറപ്പ് പദ്ധതിയിലും മറ്റ് മേഖലകളിലും ജോലി ചെയ്യുന്ന ഹരിത തൊഴില്‍ കര്‍മസേനയിലെ അംഗങ്ങള്‍ക്ക് അതോടൊപ്പം തന്നെ റബര്‍ ടാപ്പിങ്ങിലൂടെയും അധിക വരുമാനം നേടാന്‍ കഴിയുമെന്നതാണ് പദ്ധതിയുടെ പ്രത്യേകത. അയല്‍ക്കൂട്ട വനിതകള്‍ക്ക് സുസ്ഥിര വരുമാനമാര്‍ഗമൊരുക്കുന്നതിനായി റബര്‍ ടാപ്പിങ്ങിനൊപ്പം തേനീച്ച വളര്‍ത്തല്‍ പോലുള്ള ആകര്‍ഷകമായ സംരംഭങ്ങള്‍ ആരംഭിക്കുന്നതിനാവശ്യമായ പിന്തുണയും തൊഴില്‍ വൈദഗ്ധ്യ പരിശീലനവും കുടുംബശ്രീയും റബര്‍ ബോര്‍ഡും സംയുക്തമായി നല്‍കും. നിലവില്‍ ഈ മേഖലയില്‍ സജീവമായ എല്ലാ കുടുംബശ്രീ അംഗങ്ങള്‍ക്കും റബര്‍ ഉല്‍പാദക സംഘങ്ങളില്‍ അംഗത്വം നല്‍കിയിട്ടുണ്ട്. ഇതിലൂടെ പദ്ധതി നടപ്പാക്കുന്ന തിരുവനന്തപുരം, പത്തനംതിട്ട, കോട്ടയം, എറണാകുളം, തൃശൂര്‍, പാലക്കാട്, മലപ്പുറം, കോഴിക്കോട്, കണ്ണൂര്‍, കാസര്‍കോട് ജില്ലകളിലെ ഹരിത തൊഴില്‍ കര്‍മസേനയിലെ അംഗങ്ങള്‍ക്ക് പ്രതിദിന വരുമാനത്തിനു പുറമേ അര്‍ഹമായ മറ്റ് ആനുകൂല്യങ്ങളും ലഭിക്കും.

നൂതനമായ തൊഴില്‍ സംരംഭങ്ങളിലൂടെ കേരളത്തിലെ സാധാരണക്കാരായ വനിതകള്‍ക്ക് മികച്ച ജീവനോപാധികളൊരുക്കിയ കുടുംബശ്രീയുടെ മറ്റൊരു ശ്രദ്ധേയമായ തുടക്കമാണിത്. ആദ്യഘട്ടത്തില്‍ പരീക്ഷണാടിസ്ഥാനത്തില്‍ എറണാകുളം ജില്ലയിലെ പതിനേഴ് കുടുംബശ്രീ വനിതകള്‍ക്ക് പരിശീലനം പരിശീലനം നല്‍കിയ ശേഷം രാമമംഗലം റബര്‍ ഉല്‍പാദക സംഘത്തിന്‍റെ നേതൃത്വത്തില്‍ 'ഹരിത' എന്ന പേരില്‍ തൊഴില്‍ സേനയും രൂപീകരിച്ചിരുന്നു. ഇതു വിജയിച്ചതോടെയാണ് കൂടുതല്‍ വനിതകള്‍ക്ക് ഈ മേഖലയില്‍ പരിശീലനം നല്‍കാന്‍ തീരുമാനിച്ചത്. റബര്‍ കൃഷി ഏറ്റവും കൂടുതലായുള്ള കോട്ടയം, ഇടുക്കി, പത്തനംതിട്ട, എറണാകുളം ജില്ലകളിലെ അയല്‍ക്കൂട്ട വനിതകള്‍ക്ക് പദ്ധതിയുടെ പ്രയോജനം ലഭിക്കും.

Arishree rice, produced from the paddy harvested in fallow lands was formally launched by Dr.T M Thomas Issac, Minister of Finance, Government of Kerala on 25 November 2018 at Milan Ground, Kasaragod.Mazhapolima was the fallow less village campaign conducted in 37 CDS of Kudumbashree Kasaragod District Mission as a part of Mahila Kisan Sashaktikaran Pariyojana (MKSP) farm livelihood Programme. There were 235 acres of fallow land cultivated in puncha–mundakam season. 134 Joint Liability Groups under different Kudumbashree units have cultivated varies varieties of paddy including puncha,mundakam with the support of gramapanchayth and Agriculture department.

Mazha polima Best CDS award instituted by Kudumbashree Kasaragod District Mission was presented to Meenja, Karaduka , Kinanur Karinthalam and Kanchagad CDS. Winners of the Mazhapolima District Photography Competition- Mr.Rajesh O.K (First Place), Mr.Deepash Puthya purayil (Second Place) and Mr. Surandran Madikai (Third place ) were also honoured at the function.
