Training for Kudumbashree Members to become lottery ticket sellers was inaugurated at Lottery Agents and Sellers Welfare Board, Palayam, Thiruvananthapuram on 12 September 2018. Shri. S. Harikishore IAS, Executive Director, Kudumbashree Mission inaugurated the training programme. He also purchased a ticket of Navakerala Lottery from a Kudumbashree member. While inaugurating the training for Kudumbashree members to become Lottery Ticket sellers, the Executive Director informed them that he will purchase one ticket from the first person who will come to his office. It was Smt. Rahyanath from Alappuzha who sold the ticket to the Executive Director. She had traveled all the way from Alappuzha to Thiruvananthapuram, as she wanted to be the Kudumbashree member who sell off the ticket to the Executive Director.

When the Executive Director tried to motivate her by saying about the income she may get by selling maximum number of tickets, she replied that her focus is not on her income. For her, by selling Navakerala lottery, the Kudumbashree fraternity will be able to help the government to get more funds to reconstruct Kerala. Shri. S. Harikishore, Executive Director, Kudumbashree Mission had shared this experience in his official facebook page. According to him, millions of people with this attitude are surely the strength of Kerala. He also believes that by involving in this activity of selling lotteries, Kudumbashree Mission will be able to contribute further to the rebuilding process of Kerala.

The Government of Kerala launched the Navakerala lottery in a bid to collect additional funds towards the Chief Ministers Distress Relief Fund (CMDRF). The Government hopes to collect close to Rs 100 crore through the lotteries to be used for reconstructing the flood-battered state. The state government is printing 96 lakh tickets in nine series as part of the lottery. “The target of this special lottery is to raise Rs 100 crore, which will be the net profit for the state government after meeting all expenses of this special lottery, if all the 96 lakh tickets are sold. Government of Kerala entrusted Kudumbashree Mission as an agency to sell tickets to increase sales. Rs 250 is the cost per ticket. By selling one book of 10 tickets, the Kudumbashree member may receive Rs 553 as income.

തിരുവനന്തപുരം: കാര്‍ഷിക മേഖലയില്‍ സമഗ്രമായ ഉപജീവന പ്രവര്‍ത്തനങ്ങള്‍ ആവിഷ്ക്കരിച്ച് നടപ്പാക്കിയതു വഴി കേരളത്തിലെ മൂന്നര ലക്ഷത്തോളം വരുന്ന കുടുംബശ്രീ സംഘക്കൃഷി വനിതാ കര്‍ഷകരുടെ സാമ്പത്തിക സാമൂഹിക ശാക്തീകരണം സാധ്യമാക്കിയ കുടുംബശ്രീയുടെ പ്രവര്‍ത്തന മികവിന് ദേശീയ പുരസ്കാരം ലഭിച്ചു. ഫലകവും സര്‍ട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റുമടങ്ങുന്നതാണ് പുരസ്കാരം. ഡല്‍ഹിയില്‍ വിജഞാന്‍ ഭവനിലെ പ്ളീനറി ഹാളില്‍ നടന്ന ചടങ്ങില്‍ കേന്ദ്ര ഗ്രാമവികസന മന്ത്രി നരേന്ദ്ര സിങ്ങ് ടോമറില്‍ നിന്നും കുടുംബശ്രീ എക്സിക്യൂട്ടീവ് ഡയറക്ടര്‍ എസ്.ഹരികിഷോര്‍, പ്രോഗ്രാം ഓഫീസര്‍ ദത്തന്‍ സി.എസ് എന്നിവര്‍ സംയുക്തമായി പുരസ്കാരം സ്വീകരിച്ചു.

ഗ്രാമീണ മേഖലയിലെ സ്ത്രീകളുടെ ഉന്നമനത്തിനു വേണ്ടി രാജ്യത്തെ ഇരുപത്തിമൂന്ന് സംസ്ഥാനങ്ങളില്‍  നടപ്പാക്കി വരുന്ന കേന്ദ്രാവിഷ്കൃത കാര്‍ഷിക പദ്ധതിയായ മഹിളാ കിസാന്‍ സശാക്തീകരണ്‍ പരിയോജന (എം.കെ.എസ്.പി) ഏറ്റവും ഫലപ്രദമായ രീതിയില്‍ നിര്‍വഹിച്ചതിനാണ് കേരളത്തില്‍ പദ്ധതിയുടെ നോഡല്‍ ഏജന്‍സിയായ കുടുംബശ്രീയെ പുരസ്കാരത്തിനായി തിരഞ്ഞെടുത്തത്.   

പരമ്പരാഗത കാര്‍ഷിക മേഖലയെ പുനരുജ്ജീവിപ്പിക്കുന്നതിനോടൊപ്പം നൂതന സാങ്കേതികവിദ്യയില്‍ അധിഷ്ഠിതമായ ശാസ്ത്രീയ കൃഷി രീതികളുടെ പ്രയോഗം, ജൈവക്കൃഷിയുടെ പ്രോത്സാഹനം, കൂടുതല്‍ വനിതാ കര്‍ഷകരെ പദ്ധതില്‍ ഉള്‍പ്പെടുത്തല്‍, ആധുനിക കൃഷി രീതികളെ കുറിച്ചുള്ള വിജ്ഞാന വ്യാപനം, തരിശുരഹിത ഗ്രാമങ്ങള്‍ ലക്ഷ്യമിട്ട് നടപ്പാക്കുന്ന കാര്‍ഷിക പ്രവര്‍ത്തനങ്ങള്‍, മൂല്യവര്‍ധിത ഉല്‍പന്നങ്ങളുടെ വികസനവും വിപണി കണ്ടെത്തലും, കര്‍ഷകരുടെ കൂട്ടായ്മയായി പ്രൊഡ്യൂസര്‍ കമ്പനികളുടെയും സംഘക്കൃഷി ഗ്രൂപ്പുകള്‍ക്ക് പിന്തുണ നല്‍കുന്നതിനായി കര്‍ഷക സഹായകകേന്ദ്രങ്ങളുടെയും രൂപീകരണം, അട്ടപ്പാടിയിലെ ആദിവാസി സമൂഹത്തിന്‍റെ ഉപജീവനത്തിനും വരുമാന ലഭ്യതയ്ക്കുമായി  പ്രത്യേക കാര്‍ഷിക പദ്ധതി എന്നിങ്ങനെ കാര്‍ഷിക മേഖലയെ ശക്തിപ്പെടുത്തുന്നതിനായി നിരന്തരവും സജീവവുമായ ഇടപെടലുകളാണ് കുടുംബശ്രീ നടത്തുന്നത്. ഇതോടൊപ്പം ജലസ്രോതസുകളും മണ്ണും സംരക്ഷിച്ചുകൊണ്ട് പരിസ്ഥിതി സംരക്ഷണത്തിന് പ്രാമുഖ്യം നല്‍കിയുള്ള പ്രവര്‍ത്തനങ്ങളും കാര്‍ഷിക സംസ്കാരം വീണ്ടെടുക്കുന്നതിനുള്ള ശ്രദ്ധേയമായ പരിശ്രമങ്ങളും പരിഗണിച്ചാണ് അവാര്‍ഡ്.           

രാജ്യമൊട്ടാകെ നടപ്പാക്കുന്ന കേന്ദ്രാവിഷ്കൃത പദ്ധതിയായ ദേശീയ ഗ്രാമീണ ഉപജീവന ദൗത്യം പദ്ധതിയുടെ ഉപപദ്ധതിയാണ് എം.കെ.എസ്.പി. ഗ്രാമീണ മേഖലയിലെ  വനിതകള്‍ക്ക് കാര്‍ഷിക മേഖലയില്‍ മെച്ചപ്പെട്ട ഉപജീവന മാര്‍ഗവും തൊഴിലും ലഭ്യമാക്കുന്നതിലൂടെ അവരുടെ ജീവിത നിലവാരം ഉയര്‍ത്തുക എന്നതാണ് പദ്ധതി ലക്ഷ്യമിടുന്നത്. 2011 മുതലാണ് പദ്ധതി കേരളത്തില്‍ നടപ്പാക്കിയത്.  മൂന്നു വര്‍ഷം കാലാവധിയുള്ള പദ്ധതിയ്ക്ക് 79 കോടി രൂപയാണ് അടങ്കല്‍ തുക.  ഈ കാലയളവില്‍ ഒന്നര ലക്ഷം അയല്‍ക്കൂട്ട വനിതാ കര്‍ഷകരെ പദ്ധതിയുടെ കീഴില്‍ ഉള്‍പ്പെടുത്തി 24000 ഹെക്ടര്‍ സ്ഥലത്ത് കൃഷി ചെയ്യുക എന്നതായിരുന്നു ലക്ഷ്യം. ഫലപ്രദമായ ആസൂത്രണം വഴി 2012ല്‍ തന്നെ ഈ ലക്ഷ്യം മറി കടക്കാന്‍ കുടുംബശ്രീക്ക് സാധിച്ചിരുന്നു. ഇതേ തുടര്‍ന്ന് പദ്ധതി ദീര്‍ഘിപ്പിക്കുന്നതിന് കേന്ദ്രാനുമതി ലഭിച്ചു. നിലവില്‍ 53000 ഹെക്ടര്‍ സ്ഥലത്താണ് കുടുംബശ്രീയുടെ കൃഷി. ഇതിലൂടെ പദ്ധതി ലക്ഷ്യത്തിന്‍റെ ഇരട്ടിയിലധികം സ്ഥലത്തേക്ക് കാര്‍ഷിക പ്രവര്‍ത്തനങ്ങള്‍ വ്യാപിപ്പിക്കാന്‍ കുടുംബശ്രീക്കായിട്ടുണ്ട്.

തരിശുരഹിത ഗ്രാമങ്ങള്‍ ലക്ഷ്യമിട്ടു കുടുംബശ്രീ നടപ്പാക്കുന്ന സംഘക്കൃഷിയിലൂടെ കൂടുതല്‍ തരിശുനിലങ്ങള്‍ കണ്ടെത്തി കൃഷിക്ക് ഉപയുക്തമാക്കാന്‍ സാധിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട്. കാര്‍ഷിക മേഖലയില്‍ പ്രവര്‍ത്തിക്കുന്ന സ്ത്രീകളുടെ സമഗ്ര മുന്നേറ്റം ലക്ഷ്യമിട്ട് അഞ്ച് പ്രൊഡ്യൂസര്‍ കമ്പനികളും ഇതിനകം രൂപീകരിച്ചു. കൂടാതെ കുടുംബശ്രീയുടെ കീഴില്‍ സംസ്ഥാനത്ത് 140 നഴ്സറികള്‍, അഞ്ച് ജില്ലകളില്‍ 250 ഹെക്ടര്‍ സ്ഥലത്ത് ഔഷധ സസ്യക്കൃഷി  എന്നിവയ്ക്കും തുടക്കമിട്ടു. സാമൂഹിക വികസനരംഗത്ത് സംഘക്കൃഷിയുടെ പങ്കാളിത്തം വര്‍ധിപ്പിക്കുന്നതിന്‍റെ ഭാഗമായി കുടുംബശ്രീ ബഡ്സ് സ്ഥാപനങ്ങളില്‍ മാനസിക ബൗദ്ധിക വെല്ലുവിളികള്‍ നേരിടുന്ന കുട്ടികള്‍ക്കായി നടത്തുന്ന 'സഞ്ജീവനി' അഗ്രി തെറാപ്പി പദ്ധതിയും ആരംഭിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട്. ജൈവക്കൃഷി പ്രോത്സാഹിപ്പിക്കുന്നതിന്‍റെ ഭാഗമായി ഈ രംഗത്ത് പ്രവര്‍ത്തിക്കുന്ന കര്‍ഷക വനിതകള്‍ക്ക് തങ്ങളുടെ ഉല്‍പന്നങ്ങള്‍ പൂര്‍ണമായും ജൈവക്കൃഷിയിലൂടെ ഉല്‍പാദിപ്പിക്കുന്നവയാണെന്ന് വ്യക്തമാക്കുന്ന പാര്‍ട്ടിസിപ്പേറ്ററി ഗാരണ്ടി സിസ്റ്റം സര്‍ട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് ലഭ്യമാക്കുന്നതിനുള്ള പ്രവര്‍ത്തനങ്ങള്‍ ഊര്‍ജിതമാക്കി വരികയാണ്. കുടുംബശ്രീയുടെ നേതൃത്വത്തില്‍ പ്രവര്‍ത്തനങ്ങള്‍ വിലയിരുത്തിയ കേന്ദ്രം 2020 വരെ പദ്ധതിയുടെ കാലയളവ് ദീര്‍ഘിപ്പിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട്. നൂതനമായ പദ്ധതികള്‍ ആവിഷ്ക്കരിച്ച് സംഘക്കൃഷി ഗ്രൂപ്പിലെ വനിതകള്‍ക്ക് സ്ഥിരവരുമാനം ലഭ്യമാക്കുന്നതോടൊപ്പം കാര്‍ഷിക മേഖലയ്ക്ക് പുത്തന്‍ ഉണര്‍വ് നല്‍കുകയുമാണ് കുടുംബശ്രീ ലക്ഷ്യമിടുന്നത്.  

Amidst unprecedented floods and the calamities caused, Kudmbashree women of Alappuzha completed the construction of Life Mission House at Thanneermukkom within 53 days. Dr. T. M Thomas Issac, Minister for Finance and Coir, Government of Kerala appreciated the Kudumbashree women for their will power, hard work and self confidence through his official facebook page. It is within 53 days that the Kudumbashree women completed the construction of the 418 sq ft terraced house. Minister added that the 318 hour women mason training programme had really worked. Smt. Gowri Poothuraveli of ward 5, Thanneermukkom panchayath is the beneficiary of the house. The construction of the house was started on 11 June 2018 and was finished on 3 September 2018. Eksat is entrusted for extending the construction training at Alappuzha. The construction for Life Mission and the construction training for the women together are clubbed together to reduce the cost of construction. On the Job Training style is implemented here.

It is the sheer hard work of 35 Kudumbashree women which resulted in the completion of the house within 53 days. In the same manner, construction of 15 Life Mission houses are progressing in 15 grama panchayaths in Alappuzha District. A total of 415 women are getting trained in this way in Alappuzha District itself. Minister also appreciated Kudumbashree Mission for the day to day documentation of the work progress of the construction.Starting from the preparatory meeting to the general orientation to the management class to the practical classes, each and every milestone in the construction phase is documented by the Kudumbashree Mission. The cashbook from 8 June 2018 to 7 September 2018 is also included in the documented file.

It was on anticipating the huge shortage of labour force in the near future because of various determined Government campaigns of mass housing,that training was extended to women in construction sector. So that groups of micro contractors could be formed, who can take up the construction of houses of poor and needy, in addition to taking up of bigger projects. As a part of LIFE mission more than 2.5 lakh houses are being constructed in the state in this financial year. This provides huge employment opportunity for women construction groups. Further, once the construction groups completes 3/4 houses, it is aimed to upgrade them to become micro contractors for taking up various works of local self governments. Training is given by taking up the construction of the beneficiaries of various government schemes like PMAY(U), LIFE etc. Accredited agenicies like State Nirmithi Kendra, District Nirmithi Kendra, Maithri, Habitat, Thrissur Labour Contracting Society, Pinarayi Industrial Cooperative Society, Kerala State Housing Board, Kerala State Construction Corporation, Costford, Uralungal Labour Contract Cooperative Society, Kitco, Eksath etc are extending construction training to the identified groups in the respective districts under the leadership of the the District Mission Coordinators. Training on construction activities for Kudumbashree members aims to extend skill training for women in various trades in the construction industry for enhancing the skill of the women in construction related activities such that a sustainable income is generated.

Pathanamthitta District was badly affected during the flood from 16th Aug 2018. The major rivers in Pathanamthitta overflew during the time and about 57,600 families were directly affected. Most of the family vacated from their house to escape from heavy flood water. After the rescue and relief, rehabilitation was the main challenge of the District Administration. Most of the houses filled with water and sedimentary mud oozed through the flood. Cleaning process was very herculean task because of the deposition of mud. To help the families, Kudumbashree District Mission conducted a campaign. Initially Pulikeezhu block, the worst affected area had been selected for the campaign for cleaning. A total of 6757 women from Kudumbashree neighbourhood group were mobilised to take up massive cleaning campaign at Pulikeezhu block on 28.08.2018. The ultimate aim was to clean all the houses within two days by giving priority to partialized and financially weaker families. Though 4000 volunteers were aimed, 6757 volunteers took part in the process. The process proceeded with the support of other department, LSGs and District Administration.

NHG members from non affected and less affected area/CDS were deputed to carry out the cleaning drive in the most affected area. On the first day , NHG members from 15 panchayaths and three municipalities namely Kalanjoor, Nedumpuram, Erathu, Enadhimangalam, Kodumon, Ezhamkulam, Kadambanadu, Palllickal, Pandalam, Peringara, Kuttoor, Konni, Omalloor, Anicadu, Kottangal panchayaths and Pathanamthitta,Adoor & Thiruvalla Municipality were mobilized to clean houses,public spaces,streets and premises at Peringara, Niranam, Nedumpuram, Kuttoor and Kadapra panchayaths and the most affected places of Thiruvalla municipality.

All the volunteers arrived at 9AM at the respective panchayaths in Pulikeezhu block and from there they have been divided into groups under the leadership of Kudumbashree District Mission team members and their respective leaders. All the teams were then shifted to pre decided different areas in the panchayath with the help of ward members/CDS members of the affected area. Each team was equipped with spade, showel, bucket, mug, bleaching powder, cleaning lotion, Dettol, mops, brooms etc. They have been provided mask, preventive medicine, gloves and gum boot to ensure the precaution. They have also been provided food and water.

The preliminary cleaning process completed at 5 PM on the day and will be repeated on request from the affected with the help of NHG members from local and adjacent panchayaths.

Kudumbashree State Mission contributed generously to the flood relief camps to help the flood hit people of Kerala. Using the collected amount from the State Mission, necessary items like drinking water, sanitary napkins, diapers, clothes, soaps, tooth pastes, tooth brushes, towels, candles, bed sheets, antiseptic lotion, medicine etc were bought and handed over to the concerned. Food kits are also arranged and are being sent to the needy. As Kerala State Road Transport Corporation (KSRTC) had offered free transportation, the packages are transported through KSRTC buses, which announced free transportation of relief materials. Kudumbashree Mission's Arogyasena had reached out to the flood prone areas of Kuttanad during the first phase of the flood at Kuttanad . It was for preventing the spread of epidemics that Kudumbashree's Arogyasena made the timely intervention at Kuttanad. Apart from this, the financial contribution of all the staff would be contributed to Chief Minister's Distress Relief Fund, the emergency assistance release mechanism granting immediate relief to families and individuals distressed by calamity, loss of life due to accidents and chronic diseases. The officials from Kudumbashree State Mission had actively involved in the relief camp collection centres as well.

രാജ്യമൊട്ടാകെ നടപ്പാക്കുന്ന കേന്ദ്രാവിഷ്കൃത പദ്ധതിയായ ദേശീയ ഗ്രാമീണ ഉപജീവന ദൗത്യം പദ്ധതിയുടെ ഉപപദ്ധതിയാണ് എം.കെ.എസ്.പി. ഗ്രാമീണ മേഖലയിലെ  വനിതകള്‍ക്ക് കാര്‍ഷിക മേഖലയില്‍ മെച്ചപ്പെട്ട ഉപജീവന മാര്‍ഗവും തൊഴിലും ലഭ്യമാക്കുന്നതിലൂടെ അവരുടെ ജീവിത നിലവാരം ഉയര്‍ത്തുക എന്നതാണ് പദ്ധതി ലക്ഷ്യമിടുന്നത്. 2011 മുതലാണ് പദ്ധതി കേരളത്തില്‍ നടപ്പാക്കിയത്.  മൂന്നു വര്‍ഷം കാലാവധിയുള്ള പദ്ധതിയ്ക്ക് 79 കോടി രൂപയാണ് അടങ്കല്‍ തുക.  ഈ കാലയളവില്‍ ഒന്നര ലക്ഷം അയല്‍ക്കൂട്ട വനിതാ കര്‍ഷകരെ പദ്ധതിയുടെ കീഴില്‍ ഉള്‍പ്പെടുത്തി 24000 ഹെക്ടര്‍ സ്ഥലത്ത് കൃഷി ചെയ്യുക എന്നതായിരുന്നു ലക്ഷ്യം. ഫലപ്രദമായ ആസൂത്രണം വഴി 2012ല്‍ തന്നെ ഈ ലക്ഷ്യം മറി കടക്കാന്‍ കുടുംബശ്രീക്ക് സാധിച്ചിരുന്നു. ഇതേ തുടര്‍ന്ന് പദ്ധതി ദീര്‍ഘിപ്പിക്കുന്നതിന് കേന്ദ്രാനുമതി ലഭിച്ചു. നിലവില്‍ 53000 ഹെക്ടര്‍ സ്ഥലത്താണ് കുടുംബശ്രീയുടെ കൃഷി. ഇതിലൂടെ പദ്ധതി ലക്ഷ്യത്തിന്‍റെ ഇരട്ടിയിലധികം സ്ഥലത്തേക്ക് കാര്‍ഷിക പ്രവര്‍ത്തനങ്ങള്‍ വ്യാപിപ്പിക്കാന്‍ കുടുംബശ്രീക്കായിട്ടുണ്ട്.

    തരിശുരഹിത ഗ്രാമങ്ങള്‍ ലക്ഷ്യമിട്ടു കുടുംബശ്രീ നടപ്പാക്കുന്ന സംഘക്കൃഷിയിലൂടെ കൂടുതല്‍ തരിശുനിലങ്ങള്‍ കണ്ടെത്തി കൃഷിക്ക് ഉപയുക്തമാക്കാന്‍ സാധിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട്. കാര്‍ഷിക മേഖലയില്‍ പ്രവര്‍ത്തിക്കുന്ന സ്ത്രീകളുടെ സമഗ്ര മുന്നേറ്റം ലക്ഷ്യമിട്ട് അഞ്ച് പ്രൊഡ്യൂസര്‍ കമ്പനികളും ഇതിനകം രൂപീകരിച്ചു. കൂടാതെ കുടുംബശ്രീയുടെ കീഴില്‍ സംസ്ഥാനത്ത് 140 നഴ്സറികള്‍, അഞ്ച് ജില്ലകളില്‍ 250 ഹെക്ടര്‍ സ്ഥലത്ത് ഔഷധ സസ്യക്കൃഷി  എന്നിവയ്ക്കും തുടക്കമിട്ടു. സാമൂഹിക വികസനരംഗത്ത് സംഘക്കൃഷിയുടെ പങ്കാളിത്തം വര്‍ധിപ്പിക്കുന്നതിന്‍റെ ഭാഗമായി കുടുംബശ്രീ ബഡ്സ് സ്ഥാപനങ്ങളില്‍ മാനസിക ബൗദ്ധിക വെല്ലുവിളികള്‍ നേരിടുന്ന കുട്ടികള്‍ക്കായി നടത്തുന്ന 'സഞ്ജീവനി' അഗ്രി തെറാപ്പി പദ്ധതിയും ആരംഭിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട്. ജൈവക്കൃഷി പ്രോത്സാഹിപ്പിക്കുന്നതിന്‍റെ ഭാഗമായി ഈ രംഗത്ത് പ്രവര്‍ത്തിക്കുന്ന കര്‍ഷക വനിതകള്‍ക്ക് തങ്ങളുടെ ഉല്‍പന്നങ്ങള്‍ പൂര്‍ണമായും ജൈവക്കൃഷിയിലൂടെ ഉല്‍പാദിപ്പിക്കുന്നവയാണെന്ന് വ്യക്തമാക്കുന്ന പാര്‍ട്ടിസിപ്പേറ്ററി ഗാരണ്ടി സിസ്റ്റം സര്‍ട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് ലഭ്യമാക്കുന്നതിനുള്ള പ്രവര്‍ത്തനങ്ങള്‍ ഊര്‍ജിതമാക്കി വരികയാണ്. കുടുംബശ്രീയുടെ നേതൃത്വത്തില്‍ പ്രവര്‍ത്തനങ്ങള്‍ വിലയിരുത്തിയ കേന്ദ്രം 2020 വരെ പദ്ധതിയുടെ കാലയളവ് ദീര്‍ഘിപ്പിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട്. നൂതനമായ പദ്ധതികള്‍ ആവിഷ്ക്കരിച്ച് സംഘക്കൃഷി ഗ്രൂപ്പിലെ വനിതകള്‍ക്ക് സ്ഥിരവരുമാനം ലഭ്യമാക്കുന്നതോടൊപ്പം കാര്‍ഷിക മേഖലയ്ക്ക് പുത്തന്‍ ഉണര്‍വ് നല്‍കുകയുമാണ് കുടുംബശ്രീ ലക്ഷ്യമിടുന്നത്.
