Kudumbashree will provide insurance coverage to NHG members in the state through the Jeevan Deepam Oruma Insurance Scheme, which provides excellent insurance coverage at an annual premium of Rs. 200. The scheme is being implemented jointly by the Kerala State Insurance Department, Kudumbashree and Life Insurance Corporation of India.
